all the mails received from the corresponding exchanging offices, a statement in con- formity with specimen F annexed to the present Regu- lations, of the sums entered in each parcel bill, whether to its credit, for its own share and for the share of each of the Administrations, if any, concerned in the rates levied by the despatching office, or to its debit, for the share, due to the re-directing office and to the intermediary offices, of the rates to be recovered from the addressees in the case of re-directed or returned parcels.
2. The statements F shall afterwards be recapitulated by the same Administration in a quarterly account conforming to specimen G, also annexed to the present Regulations.

3. This account, accompanied by the monthly statements, the parcel bills, and, if any, the verification certificates relating thereto, shall be submitted to the examination of the cor- responding office in the course of the quarter which follows that to which it relates.
4. The quarterly accounts, after having been verified and accepted on both sides, shall be included in a general yearly account by the office from which the balance is due.
5. The payment resulting from the balance of these ac- counts between the two offices shall be made by the indebted office to the office to which it is due in francs of full value by means of drafts upon the capital or a commercial city of the latter country, the expense attendant on the payment being at the charge of the indebted office.

3. Ce compte, accompagné des états mensuels, des feuilles de route, et, s'il y a lieu, des bulle- tins de vérification y afférents, est soumis à l'examen de l'office correspondant dans le courant du trimestre qui suit celui auquel il se rapporte.
4. Les comptes trimestriels, après avoir été vérifiés et acceptés de part et d'autre, sont résumés dans un compte général annuel par les soins de Ï'Administration débitrice.
5. Le solde résultant de la balance des comptes réciproques entre les deux offices est payé par l'office débiteur à l'office créditeur en francs effectifs et au moyen de traites tirées sur la capitale ou sur une place commerciale de ce dernier pays, les frais du paiement restant à la charge de l'office débiteur.
6. The drawing up, trans- mission, and payment of the accounts must be effected as early as possible, at the latest before the expiration of the following quarter. After the expiration of this term, the sums due from one office to another shall bear interest at the rate of 5 per cent. per annum, to be reckoned from the date of expiration of the said term.
XIV.
The present detailed Regu- lations shall come into force on the day of the execution of the Convention of the 4th of April 1900. They shall have the same duration that Convention unless newed by common consent between the two Administra- tions.

6. L'établissement, l'envoi et le paiement des comptes doivent être effectués dans le plus bref délai possible, et, au plus tard, avant l'expiration du trimestre suivant,
Passé ce délai, les sommes dues par l'un des deux offices à l'autre office sont productives d'intérêt, à raison de 5 p. 。 l'an, à dater du jour de l'expiration dudit délai.
XIV.
Le présent règlement sera exécutoire à partir du jour de la mise en vigueur de la Con- vention du 4 Avril 1900. II aura la même durée que cette Convention, à moins qu'il ne soit renouvelé d'un commun accord entre les deux Adminis- trations.
